Your Candle Making Class Guide

Check in with a Black Luxe team member when you arrive. We seat each class together whenever possible.

Your full party does not need to be present before check-in. Let our team know if someone is still arriving so we can help keep your group together.

If tickets were purchased separately, they may not appear linked in the booking system. Tell our team which guests are part of your party.

Gift reservations are welcome. The attendee should have the original confirmation email or reservation details. When possible, the purchaser should forward the confirmation and contact Black Luxe with the attendee’s name.

A valid photo ID is encouraged and may be requested to verify the reservation, purchaser or payment.

We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call as soon as possible. After 15 minutes, joining the class or arranging another option is handled case by case and cannot be guaranteed.

Any setup before the reservation must be arranged with Black Luxe in advance.

You are welcome to bring food, snacks, takeout or catering trays to enjoy during your experience.

Please bring any plates, utensils, napkins, ice and serving pieces your food requires. Open flames, hot plates, warming trays and other heating equipment are not permitted.

Black Luxe is BYOB with no corking fee. Wine glasses and a corkscrew are available.

Guests bringing or consuming alcohol must be 21 or older. A valid photo ID is encouraged and may be requested.

Please bring any additional cups, mixers, ice or drink supplies your group may need.

Cakes and desserts are welcome. Please bring all serving supplies, including a cake knife, plates, forks and napkins. Black Luxe does not provide a cake knife.

Let us know in advance if you are bringing a cake, catering trays or anything that may require additional table space.

Balloons, including larger balloons, and simple celebration decorations are welcome. Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

Our team will help with setup when possible. Anything requiring additional setup time should be discussed with Black Luxe before your reservation.

Guests are responsible for breaking down their food and celebration setup before the next scheduled class begins.

Our team will help where possible, but please allow enough time to gather decorations, leftover food and personal items so the space can be prepared for the next experience.

A Black Luxe instructor will guide you through creating your candle from beginning to end.

You’ll choose your vessel, create your scent, prepare your materials and pour your candle. We’ll save the rest for you to discover when you arrive.

You are welcome to relax, enjoy food and drinks, take photos, visit the selfie center or browse the retail area.

Class guests receive 20% off Black Luxe products during their visit.

Please let Black Luxe know before your reservation whenever possible. This gives our team time to help you plan for your candle.

Your candle may need to remain at Black Luxe until it is fully set. You may return later for pickup, or ask about shipping for an additional fee.

You may arrange to pick it up later if you do not want to travel with it. Candles left at Black Luxe will be held for up to 30 days.

Shipping may be available for an additional fee. Speak with a Black Luxe team member before leaving so we can arrange it.

Candle making is designed for guests age 10 and older.

Guests ages 10–13 must attend with a parent or guardian. Guests 14 and older may attend independently.

Participation for younger children is considered only by advance request and is not guaranteed.

Please contact Black Luxe before your reservation. Seating for non-participating guests depends on class size and available space and cannot be guaranteed.

Contact Black Luxe before arriving. Even when a class appears sold out, our team can confirm whether another ticket can be accommodated based on seating, supplies and staffing.

Please call Black Luxe as soon as possible.

Requests made within 48 hours, including same-day bookings, are reviewed case by case. Rescheduling, cancellation or a refund is not guaranteed, but our team will review the circumstances and explain the options available.

Guests who miss a reservation without advance notice are not automatically eligible for a refund or reschedule. When possible, our team may still work with you to find another date based on the circumstances and availability.

Once a reservation has been moved, any additional changes or refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
